What got you huk'd?
I fell in love with fishing the 1st time I went with my brother when I was 8 years old. I caught my 1st bass in a small creek beside my house. The chase and mystery of getting a bite, while enjoying the outdoors, got me huk'd for life.
Did you always know fishing would be your career?
Professional fishing was my childhood dream. It was my #1 goal to achieve as a career. Next season will be my 11th year as a professional fisherman.
What's your favorite catch?
Topwater bites are definitely my favorite. Any species. Topwater is what it's all about.
What's next on your bucket list?
I'd love to win Angler of the Year. That's one accomplishment I haven't reached yet.
What's the one thing every angler should invest in?
Great sun protection. I spend 200 days a year on the water and protecting yourself from the sun is very important.
What's in your kit other than Huk?
I have a tackle obsession I would say. I own way too much tackle!
