Trip to Anglers Inn Giveaway – Terms and Conditions

Eligibility:

• The Trip to Anglers Inn Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• Employees, officers, and directors of Huk Gear, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion agencies, and immediate family members or persons living in the same household of such individuals are not eligible to participate.

Sponsor:

• The Giveaway is sponsored by Huk Gear, referred to as the “Sponsor.”

Entry Period:

• The Giveaway begins on March 21, 2025 at 12:00 AM ET and ends on April 13, 2025, at 11:59 PM ET (“Entry Period”).

How to Enter:

• Participants may enter by: Submitting a valid email address through the entry form.
• No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

Prizes:

• One (1) winner will receive the following:

1. 4-night stay/ 3 days fishing at the luxurious Anglers Inn Lodge in El Salto, MX
2. Exclusive fishing experience with a Huk Pro Bass Angler
3. Huk swag package to gear up for the trip

• Trip valid for 2025-2026 season (October 1 - July 31), based on space availability

Winner Selection and Notification:

• The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
• The winner will be notified via email from Huk Gear on April 14,, 2025.
• The winner must respond to the notification within 48 hours to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within this time frame, an alternate winner may be selected.

Prize Conditions:

• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be substituted for cash or any other form of compensation.
• The winner and guest are responsible for transportation to and from Anglers Inn, as well as any incidental expenses not expressly stated in the prize description.

Publicity:

• By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Huk Gear to use any content submitted as part of the giveaway for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

General Conditions:

• Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway if it is compromised by any unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical issue, or any other cause beyond the Sponsor’s control.
• By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any liability, loss, or damage arising from or in connection with the Giveaway or the use of any prize awarded.

Governing Law:

• The Giveaway is governed by and subject to the laws of the United States and the state of Florida. All disputes arising from the Giveaway shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Florida.

Privacy:

• Any personal information collected during the Giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and will be handled in accordance with Huk Gear’s Privacy Policy.
